To lower your wanted level in GTA 5, you need the code ‘LAWYERUP’. You open up the console by pressing the (~) key on the keyboard, type it into the text field, then Enter.

In case you want to face off against the police on your own, you can beef up your wanted level with the cheat code ‘FUGITIVE’. Be careful!
